I found the CD after I hang up the phone. It says it's connected, then a few seconds later I get a message saying that it can't connect! And it did but after trying to install the driver from oroginal CD, it says the file neccessary for installation cannot be found in the CD, and the little bubble on bottom right says that there was a problem with installation and the hardware may not work propery.
